Stefan Rasch, an accomplished freelance photographer with over 15 years of experience, is in great demand in Berlin and Brandenburg with well-known real estate companies such as Von Poll Immobilien. To broaden his horizons, Rasch founded the agency move in pics, which specializes in real estate photography, virtual furnishing and renovation.

Nunito as the Heading
Font Pairing
Nunito is the font, chosen for the body text. To demonstrate how this font looks like, I will tell you a little bit about octopus. They can be bigger than a bus. The biggest giant Pacific octopus ever recorded reached a weight of 270 kg. That’s nearly four times the weight of the average person.
Color Palette
DESIGN LANGUAGE
The client desired a modern, subtly playful style that appeals to their young, passionate team. The brand uses a simple color palette of soft blue, conveying trust and stability, and deep, elegant black. Combined with a typeface with rounded edges, the rounded design elements create a soft, cohesive feel and a warm, approachable, modern aesthetic.
LOGO DESIGN
The concept behind the branding name move in pics is to create photos that facilitate the sale of properties before someone moves in. To visually represent this purpose, the letter M was selected, incorporating both a camera aperture and a keyhole seamlessly.
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
As part of an advertising campaign, I designed brochures introducing the new concept of move in pics.
